1. Purpose

Modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It encompasses slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking—all involving the exploitation of individuals for personal or commercial gain.

Eton Executive Coaching Ltd is committed to a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms. We operate ethically and with integrity across our coaching practice, business relationships, and procurement procedures, and we take proactive steps to ensure that modern slavery does not occur within our business or any part of our supply chain.

2. Policy Commitments

We commit to:

  • Maintaining transparency and accountability throughout our business and supply chains.

  • Embedding contractual provisions prohibiting forced, trafficked, or exploitative labour in relevant agreements with suppliers and partners.

  • Engaging with suppliers who demonstrate high standards of ethical employment.

  • Providing guidance and support to suppliers in improving working conditions if concerns arise.

3. Scope

This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Eton Executive Coaching Ltd, including:

  • Directors, employees, and secondees

  • Contractors, consultants, and agency staff

  • Volunteers, interns, and external business partners

4. Responsibilities

The Director has overall accountability for ensuring compliance with this policy and the broader obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Responsibilities include:

  • Implementation and monitoring of this policy

  • Auditing internal systems and supply chain practices

  • Providing training and guidance where appropriate

  • Responding to concerns and ensuring appropriate follow-up

All individuals engaged with Eton Executive Coaching Ltd have a shared responsibility to:

  • Avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy

  • Promptly report any suspicions or known breaches to the Director

  • Engage in open dialogue about ethical concerns through appropriate channels, including our internal reporting and whistleblowing procedures

5. Reporting Concerns

We actively encourage:

  • Early reporting of concerns or suspicions relating to modern slavery or exploitation within our business or supply chain

  • Raising concerns without fear of retaliation or detrimental treatment

  • Reporting via line management or directly to info@etonexec.co.uk, or through a designated whistleblowing channel

We will support individuals who raise genuine concerns in good faith—even if they prove to be unfounded—ensuring their protection against adverse consequences.

6. Review and Amendment

This policy does not form part of any employment contract and may be amended at any time. It will be formally reviewed annually, or earlier if necessary, due to legal developments, operational changes, or supplier feedback
