1. Purpose

Eton Executive Coaching Ltd is committed to fairness, dignity, and relational integrity in all working relationships. This policy outlines our approach to remuneration, ensuring those who support our work receive a wage that reflects the cost of living and their value to our organisation.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All individuals employed directly by the company, including the Director.

  • Contracted workers providing services on a regular basis, defined as at least 2 hours per week for 8 consecutive weeks.

  • Freelancers or personal service companies whose work is essential to business operations.

3. Principles

  • Fairness: Remuneration must support a dignified standard of living.

  • Transparency: Pay arrangements shall be clear, consistent, and documented.

  • Ethical Practice: Pay practices must align with our coaching values—respect, inclusivity, and integrity.

4. Pay Commitments

We commit to:

  • Paying all qualifying contributors no less than the prevailing Real Living Wage benchmark (currently £12.60/hour UK-wide, £13.85/hour in London as of July 2025).

  • Reviewing pay annually to reflect economic changes and benchmarks.

  • Embedding wage standards into contracts and supplier agreements.

  • Prioritising ethical partnerships with organisations who share our pay principles.

5. Monitoring and Review

  • The Director is responsible for overseeing compliance with this policy.

  • Any exceptions must be documented and justified against the stated principles.

  • This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required by external or internal developments.
